On my mom’s side of the family, Osteoporosis is an issue.
All the women on my mom’s side of the family have Osteoporosis to some degree.
I saw my grandmother, she had a couple of fractures, and my mom has not.
Fortunately, but she is very active, it is a concern.
For me, I didn’t overthink it until probably 40.
Now it’s definitely become significantly down the road, and I don’t want to have fracture scares.
